Racing prodigy Adrian loses everything when speed triggers an addiction he cannot control. Abandoned by the circuit and nearly broke, he joins Velocity, Elian's dying team. He pairs him with Luca, a navigator who has won three championships and has wanted Adrian all along. Luca calls it therapy, his hands the only thing keeping Adrian clear headed, and soon Adrian cannot race without him. Sabotage nearly kills him in the final, yet Luca's voice carries him to the win.
